We sell digital products such as Framer templates, components, design assets, and other downloadable files (“Digital Products”). All purchases are handled securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle manages billing, tax compliance (including VAT/GST), invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission from a parent or guardian to use this website and purchase digital products.

3. Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

After purchase, your files are made available for download immediately via Paddle or your order confirmation email.

4. Licensing

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and commercial use under the following conditions:

Permitted Use

• Use in personal projects

• Use in commercial projects for yourself or your clients

• Modify, customize, and adapt the product for your own or your client’s projects

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files in their original or modified form

• Upload or distribute the product (original or modified) on any marketplace (e.g., Framer Marketplace, Gumroad, ThemeForest)

• Include the product in a template, kit, theme, bundle, or other sellable/free downloadable product

• Transfer the license to another person

• Claim the product or design as your own creation

5. Refunds

All purchases made through Wave Gallery are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record.

In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through Paddle using the order confirmation email or Paddle’s support channels.

All refunds are reviewed and processed by Paddle in accordance with their Buyer Terms and applicable law.

6. Payments & Taxes (Paddle)

All payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• Paddle handles payment processing

• Paddle may collect taxes (VAT/GST/Sales Tax) based on your location

• We do not store or have access to your payment information

All transactions are subject to Paddle’s Terms of Use.

7. Intellectual Property

All products, content, branding, text, graphics, and code on this website remain the intellectual property of Alla Bielikova.

Purchasing a product does not grant you ownership—only a license to use it as defined in Section 4.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Services or Digital Products:

• For unlawful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access

• To infringe on intellectual property rights

• To distribute malware or harmful code
